This Policy Brief provides proposals as to how different jurisdictions may im-plement the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the ILO Report on Decent Work in the context of platform work, within the con-straints of their respective constitutional and legislative orders. The purpose is to provide guidance as to how states can use – or modify – their existing legal frameworks to ensure that the platform economy complies with the norms and standards set out in the relevant ILO documents.
